Right now, I am so unmotivated writing this post. Why? Actually I should be outside, enjoying the spring and my life- but our loyal audience demands fresh post-meat. So let's talk about the spring and its trends.
In this time of the year the fashion crowd is the most creative. We leave the old year and the moldy winter behind and brew the newest trends in our fashion-lab. The most important ones now, right-now, directly:
Ich bin gerade so was unmotiviert, diesen Post zu schreiben. Wieso? Eigentlich sollte ich draußen sein, den Frühling und das Leben genießen- aber unsere "treue Leserschaft" verlangt frisches Post-Fleisch. Also lasst uns über den Frühling und seine Trends reden.
In dieser Jahreszeit ist die Fashioncrowd am kreativsten. Das alte Jahr und der muffige Winter wird hinter sich gelassen und im Mode-Lab werden die neuesten Trends zusammengebraut. Die wichtigsten jetzt, hier, sofort im Träänd-Chääck:

Leather in Spring
What is new? First of all: Leather isn't a fabric of fall/winter anymore, but establish itself as the perfect spring companion being light as a cherry blossom; Secondly: Leather leggings are totally lame and get replaced by leather dungarees (the Bavarian model is one of my favourites) and leather sweaters. A must for everyone (wearing leather in spring): shades of pink/red.
Was ist neu? Erstens: Leder ist kein Herbst/Winterstoff mehr, sondern etabliert sich in leichten Varianten als perfekter Frühlingsbegleiter; Zweitens: Lederleggins sind langweilig und werden von der Lederlatzhose (die bayrische Variante liegt da ganz weit vorne) und dem Lederpulli verdrängt. Damit der schwere Material frühlingstauglich wird, sind fröhliche Farben, wie Rosa/Rottöne, ein Muss.

What is new? The dad jeans consort with the mom jeans. When is the whole family united? I miss Peter-Junior-Jeans, Mary-Kate-Ashley-Jeans and Bob-the-dog-Jeans. Obligatory when wearing the mom jeans: an ironic vacation ensemble with a classic Hawaii shirt (so hot right now- Hawaii print).
Was ist neu? Zu der Mom-Jeans gesellt sich nun auch die Dad-Jeans hinzu. Wann ist endlich die gesamte Familie vereint? Es fehlen noch Peter-Junior-Jeans, Marie-Luise-Jeans und Bob-the-dog-Jeans.
Obligatorisch beim Tragen der Mom-Jeans ist ein ironisches Urlaubsensemble mit klassischem Hawaii-Hemd (so was von hot,hot,hot now- also der Hawaii-Print), der die Aussage "Schaut mal dort Kinder, das ist Kultur!" perfekt reflektiert.

What is new? We don't show our paunch anymore when wearing crop tops- Layering is the answer, my darling. Either worn under a double-breasted blazer, which experiences its Indian summer (lol pun indeed), or just under a simple button-down shirt you avoid having chilblains on your belly.
Was ist neu? Wir zeigen mit den ultrabeliebten Crop-Tops keine Plauze mehr- Layering is the answer, my darling. Entweder unter einem Doppelreiherblazer, die dieses Jahr ihren zweiten Frühling (xD Wortspiel) erleben, oder über einem einfachen Business-Hemd übergeht man das Risiko sich an kälteren Frühlingstagen Froststellen am Bäuchlein zu zuziehen.

Coats are great. Do I have to say anything more? Ok, I'll try. Since this winter, coats are the new statement chains, replace the leather jacket and exchange the It-Sneakers. But a coat can do more than looking stylish. Just a second... It has the ability to heat! Especially when you are going through this climate-midlifecrisis it is important to know someone is giving you rear cover.

Mäntel sind toll. Muss ich noch mehr schreiben? Naja ich versuchs. Seit diesem Winter sind Mäntel die neuen Statementketten, lösen die Lederjacke ab und ersetzen It-Sneakers. Ein Mantel kann aber noch mehr als nur stylish zu sein. Haltet euch fest: er hält warm!!! Besonders in dieser Midlifecrisis des Wetters ist es wichtig mindestens einen Verbündeten hinter euch (oder an euch) zu wissen, der mit durch dick und dick geht.

Currently, Berlin is one big sauna. No snow, no red cheeks, no dripping noses. The winter was kidnapped in Europe! On account of this trees are starting to bloom and everywhere you go you can see tiny green buds and birds singing their way. It is January! What is wrong with you, climate? I get spring feelings in this boiling heat as well. I'm feeling so close to nature when wearing pompous,  floral jewellery like these guys! So let's celebrate January as the month of mother nature!

Was? Du weißt nicht wie du deine Sneakers anziehen sollst? Ok, mir ging's genauso. Aber nach einer Schrankdurchsung und einigen Festnahmen stellten sich diese beiden Outfits der Fashionpolizei. Beide sind ohne die Schuhe etwas prüde und eher Business- oder Schultauglich. Doch gerade die Sportschuhe bringen Farbe und 90er Charme mit sich. Und meine Reeboks verkörpern Freiheit. What? Freiheit? Wovon labert sie? Aber: Diese Schuhe tragen die Möglichkeit mit sich, sofort los zu rennen, dem Alltag zu entfliehen und seinen Regenbogen zu finden. Du musst nur daran glauben. Der Regenbogen ist irgendwo da draußen. Lauf, Forr.. äääh Reeboks, lauft!
What? You don't know how to wear your new sneakers? Ok, I had the same problem. But after a closet search and some detentions these two outfits turned themselves in to the fashion police. Without the sneakers both of them are a little bit prim and business- or school capable. The shoes give them colour and a little bit of  90ies charm. And my reeboks stand for freedom. What? Freedom? About what does she babble? But: With these you have the opportunity to run away and find your rainbow. You just have to believe. Somewhere there is a rainbow for you. Run, Forr... Reeboks, run!

Diese. Farbe. ist. genial.  Sie macht gute Laune und schreit förmlich: Selbstbewusstsein!!! Electric Blue kann man als Komplettlook tragen (nr.1) oder damit ein paar Akzente setzen (nr.2) und den Rest des Outfits in klaren Farben halten. Doch Vorsicht: Die Farbe kann unglaublich schnell billig aussehen. Deswegen ist es wichtig, dass ihr Kleider in edlen Materialien tragt, um die doch problematische Farbe zu kompensieren.
This. Colour. is. awesome. It makes good humor and screams nearly: confidence!!! You can wear "Electric Blue" as a complete outfit (nr.1) or you just set a course and the rest of the outfit is white/black (nr.2). But attention: the colour can look very cheap. To avoid that wear clothes out of classy materials to compensate the problematic colour.
